BUT, I do have a tendency to spot something on the page across from what I'm reading, skim to get to that point and then have to go back and re-read for comprehension. Sometimes, I have to cover the next page completely if I have a sense that something major is about to happen.starryeyedjenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15841350560201331032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5838669499887672230.post-10712544354725740562013-01-09T17:51:58.816-06:002013-01-09T17:51:58.816-06:00Yes, I think that is it.

When you are holding a physical book, its automatic to flip through the pages a little. I don't read the last page, but I do flip to the last page to check the page count of the book. I never read anything other than the little # in the corner. Not sure why I do that, either! Just one of those things!juliababyjenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16637576108745217125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5838669499887672230.post-56642932055464562922013-01-09T16:03:27.440-06:002013-01-09T16:03:27.440-06:00True...

It may be a pain or more difficult to get to the last page of an e-book, the effort put forth may not be worth it. As for a real book its very simple to get to the last page.

As for do I, personally, ever skip to the last page - nope for me it would ruin the entire story. It would demotivate me to ever finish.Gina @ My Precioushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01895568426820464572noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5838669499887672230.post-51241041085216552672013-01-09T14:01:15.802-06:002013-01-09T14:01:15.802-06:00Exactly! And for the same, too! I want...I do the same thing! And for the same, too! I want to see how things will end. And like you said, that necessarily doesn't mean that you're spoiling it for yourself--you're just curious. And with the e-books, I think that it's because you can't physically see all the pages. When you've got a physical book, it's easy to see the end and flip to those last pages. I dunno. That's just my guess.
Cheers!

Millie @ Millie D's WordsMilliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06598891922372937947noreply@blogger.com
