Waiting On Wednesday (60) Nomad by J.L. Bryan

Waiting On Wednesday is a weekly blog post hosted by Breaking The Spine.
For this weeks Waiting On Wednesday I chose Nomad by J.L. Bryan.

Expected Publication: July 26, 2013

They took everything: her family, her home, her childhood.

By the age of nineteen, Raven has spent most of her life in the sprawling slums of America, fighting as a rebel against the dictatorship. When the rebellion steals an experimental time-travel device, she travels back five decades to the year 2013. Her plan: assassinate the future dictator when he is still young and vulnerable, long before he comes to power. She must move fast to reshape history, because agents from her own time are on her trail, ready to execute her on sight.

 Why Am I Waiting?
The cover for Nomad was just released on Monday. Isn't it like totally kick ass. Of course I've really come to expect nothing less from Phat Puppy Art. Her covers are some of the best around. When I saw the cover revealed I pretty much reenacted this scene from Finding Nemo upon seeing it.
If you haven't read J.L. Bryan before you're seriously missing out. He's one of my favorite Indie writers and pretty much everything I've read by him I've liked so obviously I'm totally looking forward to this time travel Dystopian series to sink my teeth into. Also Raven sounds like a kick butt female and I can't wait to see if she succeeds in her mission or not.

Since I'm curious, Have you heard of Nomad before?
What do you think of the cover?
Have you read any of J.L. Bryan's other series?
That about wraps up my Waiting On Wednesday for this week. Feel free to leave a link to your Wednesday memes in the comments below, I love finding new books to read. Like what you see? Please share!
