Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly blog post hosted by Breaking The Spine. For this Weeks Waiting on Wednesday I chose *drumroll* Blood and Feathers by Lou Morgan.

Why Am I Waiting?

I have been sorta obsessed with Alice in Wonderland lately. This book has been touted as Alice in Wonderland goes to Hell and I must say that intrigues me. I also am a total Cover junkie and this just screams "Pick Me Up." Sadly I couldn't find a book trailer for this book. I hope the Author decides to make one, they to me are the best ways to get my head into a book pre-release and I have no doubt if done right, one for this book could be epic.

    It's new to me but I love that line and Alice in Wonderland goes to hell?!? Win! I have a few "Alice" themed books already on my TBR list for the year already, so this will go perfectly along with them. Great pick!

    Sounds great! If you love Alice in Wonderland there's actually a new book being released called Splintered by A.G. Howard. If you like manga (which I adore) there are plenty of Alice in Wonderland retelling and references such as: Alice in the Country of Hearts or Pandora Hearts.

      I saw Splintered for the first time today and squeed with joy at another Alice in Wonderland style book to ogle.

      I'm not a huge manga reader but I'll make a note to check those out.
