All 17 year old Noella Snow ever wanted was a normal life.

But normal died with her mother, minutes after she was born. Then again when her father was murdered before her eyes on her seventh birthday. Now she spends her days in quiet misery, an outcast at school, harboring a secret crush on her best friend, Sam. Noella’s only happiness lies in her dreams, in a world where her father still lives and Dante, a mysterious stranger with a deadly touch, guards over her.

Now those dreams have turned to nightmares as Noella begins hearing voices, witnessing murders she can’t possibly know of, and seeing the monsters from her sleep merging into her waking life. Noella doesn’t want to return to King’s Point, the psychiatric hospital where she was forced to go after an “episode” two years earlier.

She tells herself she’s better.

But then one night Noella sees the impossible... Dante, watching her from afar, as he has for centuries – nearly as long as he's loved her. Is Noella losing her mind? Or is she linked to a hidden world, destined to be normal ForNevermore?

I received this E-book for review from the Author. All opinions are my own and I was not compensated in any way for them.

Review:

ForNevermore is a wild ride that grips you and doesn't let go until the very last page. The books are billed as Young Adult but, I think that even finicky Adult readers will find a certain charm with this series.

The Good

Noella Snow- I felt the struggle with sanity Noella encounters in this book. Is Noella seeing things or is this all in her head? I really felt that the writers kept you guessing and even I had trouble telling if what she was seeing was real or not. Noella was a strong developed, well written character that I heavily enjoyed.

Sam- While Sam is relegated to the background as Noella's crush the majority of the book, I personally feel he will play a much bigger part in what is to come. I also loved his sweet nature, it was a nice break from the dark tone in the rest of the story.

Randy- I did not see Randy's storyline coming at all and was generally surprised when it took the turn that it did.

Action- If you like Action packed pages then this book is for you. Just when you think you will get a breather another scene comes along that leaves you gasping for air.

The Bad

Tori- Unfortunately this is one thing I saw coming a mile away and it really ruined the second half of the book for me once I figured it out.

Final Thoughts

I really loved this new serialized series by Sean Platt and David W. Wright. The Episodes were short but all together combined into a season made for a highly enjoyable action packed read. ForNevermore will have you leaving reality at the door and guessing until the very end. I will be giving ForNevermore by Sean Platt and David W. Wright ★★★★.
